In this function you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Prospects the international Gas market
- Participates to Gas Conferences
- Prospects potential Gas Conference presentations
- Replies to requests introduced on info mailbox
- Analysis contracting strategy ( partners selection) for future projects
- Introduces the PIS sheets
- Assist the proposal manager with the prequalification files
- Prepares and finalises the Consortium/JV's MOU's
- Assists the Proposal manager during bid preparation
- Finalises the commercial/ Contractual side of the bid proposal together with proposal manager
- Participates together with the proposal manager to the bid proposal risk review
- Leads the bid finalisation with JV partners
- Representative and assists the proposal manager during contract negotiations with Client
- At contract signature, transfer the entire proposal file to the Project Manager
- Has regular contacts with the Client during project execution for the by him negotiated contract
- Assists in the project debriefing meeting
- Provides the after sales contacts for completed projects.
The following profile is required:
- Knowledge of International Market for Import/ Export Terminals and storage facilities for liquefied gases
- Knowledge of International Market for Gas Processing
- Experienced with technical background of ô tender specifications ô
- Knowledge of commercial / contractual matters
- Knowledge of cost estimation and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of Risk Management
- Managerial Capacities
Further, you have very good command of written and spoken English (knowledge of other language preferred) and are always acting in a convincing manner with a high degree of commitment. You are team-minded, communicative and ready for worldwide business trips and assignments abroad.
